InternetCrusade®'s "One Person One Voice" Election and Survey is the best solution to assure that results are secure, timely and accurate…each and every time, and in "Real-Time". The ease of use along with specially designed features and options allow for the highest possible voter turnout and security. "Leap-Frog existing Systems" …and, if all the participants have an E-mail address, InternetCrusade® has an added level of authentication which 'leap-frogs' all other voting systems. It is important to note that our on-line systems have been designed to allow for variables and characteristics found in most associations and organizations. For instance, you can decide if your association wants to allow "write-in" candidates and in addition the number of candidates who voters can write in, per category. You can decide if you want to allow "under-voting" - i.e., not voting for a candidate or issue or the maximum number of candidates. Your organization can request our 'under-voting verification' option which requires the voter to acknowledge their 'Under-Vote" before their ballot will be accepted. Of course, this is an option. The "One Person One Voice" does not permit "Over-Voting". Your organization can request a 'mail-in' ballot hybrid system, which marks the ballot as not available for on-line voting. The security system allows for each organization to dictate which value(s) they want to use for verification of voter. In addition, InternetCrusade® offers another layer of security by assigning random PIN numbers to each voter which can be required by Association. The "One Person One Voice" system is designed with an optional verification module where a copy of each ballot can be forwarded to specific E-mail address(es) of Organization's choice. Then, at association's desire, they can be printed and counted manually for verification. The reports will show 'who won', 'who voted', 'who didn't vote' but NOT 'who voted for whom' (this data is not stored in our system). The "One Person One Voice" also includes a password-protected interface where results can be viewed in "real-time" or upon completion (or a combination of both based on levels of security built into the system).
